Which ball, and which one is lying?

Gold, Silver and Crystal add twelve balls to the plain Poké Ball, seven of them made by Kurt. Four do not do what they claim, and burn, poison and paralysis help with nothing. Pick the species, the level and the HP left: the tool gives the exact chance of every ball, worked out from the game's own code, and says which ones are lying to you.
